Genuine human connection -- I shall never take for granted. In solitude, we learn stillness -- how to hear our own thoughts. In groups and communities, we learn how to convey our thoughts and receive others' thoughts. Learning how to listen, and to "see" are the two of the most helpful skills I continue to hone daily.
If I could change the world in some small way, it would be by sharing my wisdom and the lessons I have learned through my hardships. To teach, and to encourage and inspire others to do the same.

In search of deep understanding within my own mind and how to better serve others, I turned to the wisdom of the monks. Namely -- Those of Thich Nhat Hanh. His teachings opened my eyes not only to seeing myself, but on how to see others. How to love myself, and how to love others, without judgement.
Learning about our individual strengths and weaknesses allows us to appreciate what we are gifted with, while simultaneously striving toward a better version of ourselves.
